Day 237: Spider Crabs in Alavar Sauce

One of my colleagues' mom came from Zamboanga and brought Spider Crabs in Alavar Sauce with her.  It's called Curacha locally, which is a curious name.  I love crabs, and this one's meat is sweeter than the normal crabs you get.  The sauce is also amazing.  The entire lot of this was gone in about thirty minutes, maybe twenty. :P

  2. @Dianne: I love seafood kasi. :D Di pa nga madami nakain ko kasi kakakain ko lang talaga nung inabutan ko yang curacha. :D

  5. Looks yummy sis! Anong lasa ng sauce sis? Somehow ang naiisip ko ba kasi right now eh parang kare-kare. Ewan bakit yan naisip ko, I must be craving for kare-kare kasi. hehe :)

    @Joanne: Parang yung aligue, na matamis. Yung texture ng sauce parang kare-kare. Basta masarap siya. Panalo nga eh. :D
