I have to admit, I'm still trying to get back to my normal groove. It's a little hard to let go of my vacation hangover when it's raining like there's no more tomorrow.
The pencils, by the way, is a gift from a colleague. Sort of like a pasalubong, which is interesting for me, because the trainer who gave this to me is American and they find the concept of pasalubong a bit trivial.
haha I used to have that hangover too! Umabot ng 2 weeks, kamusta naman. Nasobrahan sa high sa vacation.
ReplyDeleteTayong mga Pinoy lang ata talaga ang mahilig sa pasalubong. I remember trying to explain the concept to our Singaporean housemate here before. Tapos nung isang araw, he mentioned na uuwi siya Singapore for a few weeks. I told him na kung pwede pabili ng souvenir kahit yung ref magnet lang. I told him I'd pay for it. Then he proceeded to tell me when he's leaving so I can give him the money. Hahahaha.. Natawa lang ako kasi although I have every intention of paying for it, sateng mga Pinoy wala na yun, considered pasalubong na natin sa kanila yun if ever diba? Sadyang generous lang talaga mga Pinoy :)
ReplyDelete@Dianne: Haha.. feeling ko nga e aabot ng 2 weeks to bago ako maka-get over. Tuwing may makakakita sakin na sasabihin na matagal akong di nakita, sasabihin ko na nag-leave kasi ako. Ayun na. Simula na ng kwento yan. :D
ReplyDelete@Joanne: Yung HR Director nga namin, nung binigyan kami ng magnet from his trip, sabi namin, "Pinoy ka na nga!" Haha...
Nice photo. =)
ReplyDelete@The Average Jane: Thanks, sis! I wanted to blur the colors a little bit more, pero tinamad na ko. Haha... :D
