So, I also started running. There must be something wrong with my brain cells right now, because it's encouraging me to live a healthy lifestyle. Seriously.
A friend and I decided to run on the days we don't box. It's more to compensate for the days we don't get to workout. I agreed. I don't know why I did, but I did.

ReplyDeleteGo sis!! Yey to a healthy lifestyle! Kaso ako this month eh medyo naging pasaway and maraming beses nag-cheat sa diet and hindi na masyado nag-exercise talaga. But I'll get back to it. :)

ReplyDeleteYey..go go go!! If you are up to it sis, you can join fun runs every weekend sa BGC. lalo ka na eencourage na tumakbo. Maganda kasi sa running kahit hindi ka pa in form, ok lang naman, pwede ka maglakad kung di mo na kaya. then if ok ka na, takbo ulit. Don't forget your stretching exercises before and after jogging :)
