Day 40: Tea and Symphony

Today was very reflective.  For the most part, I think Florence + Machine's Shake It Out sums it up in it's entirety.

Do you ever get to a point in your life when you kind of wonder if all this time you've been doing it all wrong?  It's a point to ponder.  I've probably dragged out things I could have let go of for one reason or another.  None of which seems to be important anymore.  That part where it says:

But I like to keep some things to myself
I like to keep my issues drawn
It's always darkest before it's dawn
I've been a fool and I've been blind
I can never leave the past behind
I can see no way, I can see no way
I'm always dragging that horse around

That part kind of brings it home.  The rest of the song gives me an idea of the direction I want to take this reflection to.

Tonight I'm gonna bury that horse in the ground
So I like to keep my issues drawn
It's always darkest before it's dawn

And I am done with my graceless heart
So tonight I'm gonna cut it out and then restart
I like to keep my issues drawn
It's always darkest before it's dawn
